Impact 4Life Well-being CIC is a not for profit community interest company committed to and passionate about social change and tackling inequalities.
Our highly skilled and qualified team deliver fitness and well-being services.
CEO and Managing Director Shamala Antonio has a Social Work background and shares a great passion for fitness and well-being.
Shamala is a qualified personal trainer and nutrition advisor.

WHAT WE DO

Providing you with inclusive and accessible fitness and well-being solutions, we are passionate about delivering high quality well-needed services to those that need it.

Our approach is strengths based and person centred, recognising that the beneficiary is best placed to know and convey their need.

Our services are mobile and personalised, to directly meet the needs of our beneficiaries. Our services can be delivered to you in the comfort of your home, outdoors or within community spaces- take your pick! Your comfort is essential to us.

Working collaboratively with local agencies, individuals, professionals, third sector organisations as well as other micro-organisations we endeavour to build and develop good strong partnerships and make significant impact through our services.

WHO WE WORK WITH
